Vinyasa Yoga + Beer

Bend & Brew is held on Tuesdays from 6-7pm on the second floor of Brewery Becker. 

Embark on a unique yoga journey with our class, a blend of Hatha and guided Vinyasa. Open to all ages and skill levels, this class invites you to step onto the mat as you are, without any preconceived expectations. The non-intimidating atmosphere of the brewery and the camaraderie within this community create an inclusive space, encouraging you to embrace your practice authentically – come as you are, not as you think you should be. Join us for an experience that harmoniously combines the practice of yoga with the warmth of community, fostering a sense of acceptance and belonging. 

*Must be 21 to drink beer.
